Shipping and Handling Time
We are in the process of moving so our handling time is a bit longer than usual. Starting October 1, 2017, orders will ship on Monday and Thursday. Orders placed Sunday – Tuesday, and Wednesday after 12 noon will be shipped on Thursday. Orders placed on Thursday – Saturday will ship out on Monday. We can not control shipment times after we ship. Most items are shipped through USPS with a delivery confirmation number which can be used to track your order. Currently, International Shipping is not available. Free local pickup is available, just contact us for a visit.
Returns and Refunds
After receiving your plants, you have fourteen (14) days to contact us for returns if you are not 100% satisfied. Buyer pays return shipping cost and all refunds will be given after the return is received. If your package gets get lost or damaged during shipment we can file a claim on your behalf. We will need you to send us pictures of your damaged package and keep the damaged contents and packaging in the event USPS needs to inspect. Claims are usually settled within 3 weeks. Once settled a full refund will be given. All refunds will be given from Paypal.
Please allow up to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to respond to your email. If you have not heard back from us within 48 hours, please check your spam and trash folders.
